In an isolated City-Building marked 7, where human knowledge is preserved in the minds of the gifted and time loops through memory, an ageless man reappears across lifetimes, challenging love, rebellion, and the illusion of escape.

A young man appears on an isolated City-Building where a rigid bureaucracy preserves “human knowledge” through the minds of gifted individuals. Lara, now middle-aged, recognizes him as Nemon, her long-lost love who vanished 25 years earlier. Though unchanged in appearance, Nemon has no memory of where he went or why he remains young. As their bond rekindles, he is also drawn to Dione, a passionate young activist.
When a critical food crisis erupts, the ruling castes decide to eliminate the “excess” population. Dione and her group plot an escape using an edible fibre rope, but starving youths consume it. Branded a traitor, Nemon is killed by the activists.
25 Years Later:
Nemon, still young, returns to the City-Building, now ruled by Dione’s authoritarian regime. Lara, now elderly, accuses him of being the ageless jailer sent by unseen masters to prevent any escape. When a fire breaks out, Nemon saves Lara but dies from severe burns.
70 Years Before:
A young Nemon, his face badly burned, appears on the City-Building. A little girl approaches; he asks her name. “Lara,” she says.
