Virtual Workshops

The TGIFF 2020 virtual workshops will take place on the Google Meet platform. For this year’s edition we have prepared the following workshops:

  • “Water Dancing” workshop with Miltos Yerolemou
  • the workshop “How to make movies with your smartphone”, made by Xmedia
Water Dancing Workshop

It is a workshop in which introductory notions of sword fighting are taught, in the style of “Water dancing”, taught by Syrio Forel (Miltos Yerolemou) to Arye Stark (Maisie Williams) in the TV series “Warp of Thrones” (Game of Thrones).

The workshop has about 60 minutes and is conducted through Google Meet by Miltos Yerolemou and will have a maximum of 20 students. To participate in the workshop, you need a wooden stick 1 meter long, as a sword. The workshop will be held in English.

The cost of the workshop ticket is 160 lei (around 33 EUR).

Workshop “How to make movies with your smartphone”

It is a practical workshop dedicated especially to young people and is intended to teach you ways to film and edit video using your smartphone. The workshop is made by XMedia and lasts about 90 minutes. You need a smartphone on which you will need to be able to install the necessary programs for editing movies made by you. The workshop takes place in Romanian language.

The cost of the workshop ticket is 20 lei (just over 4 EURO).
